The service includes:

  1. Registration of documents in accounting registers (debtors, creditors, sales, suppliers, advance payments, fixed assets, etc.);
  2. Calculation of salaries of the Customer’s employees;
  3. Tax calculation and submission of declarations;
  4. Performing other standard accounting operations (depreciation calculation of fixed assets, comparison of settlements with debtors and creditors, etc.);
  5. Representation of the Customer in the SRS, in accordance with the issued power of attorney (submission of declarations and reports, standard correspondence);
  6. Standard advice on taxation, etc. issues up to 1 hour per month.

Additional conditions:

  1. Payments in bank are performed and approved by the Customer. The Consultant exercises supervision and control over bank payments and cash settlements to the extent necessary for tax administration and comparison of settlements with debtors and creditors;
  2. The Customer is responsible for the documentation related to the employment relationship (employment contracts, working time schedules etc.)

For the preparation of the Customer’s annual report (January, February, March or April of each year) in addition to the monthly fee, the Customer pays a fee for the preparation of the annual report twice the monthly accounting service fee, which is valid in the month of preparation of the annual report.
